We are a STOTT PILATES® Host Center for educating instructors, too.
Our Reformer classes focus on the basic principles of STOTT PILATES with an emphasis on the essential repertoire. Our instructors are attentive and focused on proper movement and form throughout your class experience.
We offer workshops for our members to learn more advanced exercises within the repertoire and for a deeper understanding of practicing in alignment to achieve greater results.

My passion is health and fitness. I live it…each and every day. I have always been active, loving sports and working out. PE was my favorite class. In high school, I was introduced to Group Exercise and that is where my fitness life began. I started teaching Aerobics at 16 and when I went to college, I got certified through AFAA for Group Exercise. I have taught numerous classes over the years, Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit, Spinning, Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Urban Strip Tease, Ab and Glutes, and Hi/Lo Aerobics. My early beginnings in the Group Ex world have given me an abundance of exercises to use in my workouts with clients. Following a Fitness Program is important, but being able to incorporate different exercises and formats keeps it fresh and fun for the client.
On top of a College Education, I have several certifications and trainings from some of the top Fitness Companies in the business.I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and I keep this certification current by completing Continuing Education Courses and re-certifying my CPR and AED courses every two years. Each year I attend an educational conference to keep abreast of changes in the field and to learn new information. I am constantly reading and learning about all things health and fitness related.
I’m also on the faculty of SCW Fitness where I educate and present to other Fitness Professionals on many health topics. I have presented on numerous topics including Training the FAB Woman: Fifty and Beyond, Golden Nutrition for Active Agers, Nutrition Coaching for the General Population, Perfect Programming for 50+ and Recovery Techniques for the Active Ager.

Large Group Fitness classes include our Yoga, Circuit and TRX Strength classes.
LGF will work every muscle in your body (and then some)! Our method of Strength Training blended with balance, core and pelvic floor exercises, some cardio and mobility work.
Yoga classes are designed to help you relax and recover. Enjoy gentle flows of basic poses and a total body relaxation to finish the class.
Mobility and Flexibility Stretching, foam rolling and mobility exercises designed to help you eliminate pain, move better and recover from workouts.
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training classes last 30 minutes and help you burn more fat and increase your endurance.

Becoming a On Demand Member gives you access to all of The Training Toole’s workout videos! The library of videos contains workouts lasting 5 minutes to 60 minutes. Videos are for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced exercisers with choices of Core Workouts, Weight Training Workouts, Yoga, Circuit and Cardio workouts. All videos can be done in your living room with minimal equipment. On Demand Members may also request workouts you want filmed.

I believe in teaching people how to change their behaviors and choices to have a healthier lifestyle. I believe in moving your body and eating well. I do not agree with fad diets, supplements, or any quick fix food or exercise programs. I know that consistency, working your program day in and day out, is what leads to success.
As a young girl, I played basketball and for four years was a Cheerleader in High School. In College, I played recreational softball and was on the Southern Explosion Dance team for 3 years. Although I have been active all of my life, I had a terrible diet. I loved junk food and fast food and I still have a massive sweet tooth. I started to take note of my food choices when I began my training for competing in Figure Competitions. Over the course of two years, I trained and prepared for two Competitions, Gainesville Classic in 2010 and Jax Physique in 2011. During my competition prep, I learned how very important nutrition and proper training is to creating the body you need to be able to step on stage.
I am grateful for the knowledge I gained during this time, but I realized there are some negative aspects to competing and I no longer wanted to subject myself to this lifestyle. Now, my focus is on weight training to maintain my muscle mass. I love to workout with weights and this is my primary source of exercise. My diet is balanced with as many whole foods as I can get and the proper combination of carbohydrates, fats and protein. I have learned to meal plan and usually spend Sundays creating most of my meals for the week. I enjoy participating in races and try to do at least one a year. I usually run half marathons. I have a goal to complete a marathon. Currently, I am training for a duathlon, a race where you run, bicycle, and run.
One of my most important lessons learned is that striving for true health is a lifestyle. Each day, I need to make choices that lead to good health. Behavior change is something I have worked on and continue to work on as I desire to live a healthy and happy life.
