Jen has spent almost two decades practicing outpatient physical therapy. She has always been fascinated with the healing power of yoga. Jen acquired her basic Yoga certification a year ago, and continued onto the advanced training to become a 500hr registered yoga teacher. She combines her LPTA experience and Yoga knowledge to create a mindful and safe movement practice which allows people to move well.

Jen says, “My classes are tailored to beginner/intermediate level with focus on breath and alignment. I love teaching and helping people heal and feel their best! My favorite Yoga pose is Tree Pose.”
