In this informative Program, you will learn how to create a plan for better health. You will learn the basics of proper nutrition and how to create a plan for weight loss and weight maintenance. You will be given the tools to change your lifestyle in a positive way from an educated and certified fitness and nutrition professional.
My passion is health and fitness. I live it…each and every day. I have always been active, loving sports and working out. PE was my favorite class. In high school, I was introduced to Group Exercise and that is where my fitness life began. I started teaching Aerobics at 16 and when I went to college, I got certified through AFAA for Group Exercise. I have taught numerous classes over the years, Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit, Spinning, Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Urban Strip Tease, Ab and Glutes, and Hi/Lo Aerobics. My early beginnings in the Group Ex world have given me an abundance of exercises to use in my workouts with clients. Following a Fitness Program is important, but being able to incorporate different exercises and formats keeps it fresh and fun for the client.

Small Group Personal Training Classes are a fun way to get fit with friends! These classes challenge you at your personal level and keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals.

Monthly Unlimited Class Pass: $325 *also includes access to all LGF classes
Large Group Fitness classes include our Yoga, Circuit and TRX Strength classes.
Circuit LGF will work every muscle in your body (and then some)! Join us for a fun circuit style class where weights and cardio help you get the most out of your workout.
Yoga classes are designed to help you relax and recover. Enjoy gentle flows of basic poses and a total body relaxation to finish the class.
TRX Strength is a strength class using the TRX Suspension System and Resistance Training with weights, kettlebells and sandbags.
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training classes last 30 minutes and help you burn more fat and increase your endurance.

Becoming a Superior Member gives you access to all of The Training Toole’s workout videos! The library of videos contains workouts lasting 5 minutes to 60 minutes. Videos are for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced exercisers with choices of Core Workouts, Weight Training Workouts, Yoga, Circuit and Cardio workouts. All videos can be done in your living room with minimal equipment. SUPERior Members may also request workouts you want filmed.
