TRX suspension training is an all-in-one, total body workout system. It is
a great addition to any workout! You can work your entire body using the TRX
suspension system. The core is highly challenged using it because you must
keep your core connections to properly execute the exercises. The TRX can be
used over a solid door or attached to a strong anchor (such as a tree or ceiling
beam.) Muscle strength and endurance are attained through use of the TRX.
