Grace Kavadlo is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her favorite fitness modalities are bodyweight training and kettlebells.

She began her career in fitness as a Yoga Instructor, and instills a strong mind-body connection to her training clients. Grace aims to make fitness accessible and fun so that her clients not only feel empowered, but have a good time working out, too. 

Grace is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Progressive Calisthenics Certified (PCC), Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC), Hardstyle Kettlebells Certified (HKC), Original Strength (OS), Yoga (CYT-200) and Animal Flow.

In her free time, Grace enjoys road tripping with her family, thrifting for vintage clothes and rocking out to live music!
