Kelsy believes in and is dedicated to helping others live in a state of full mind and body wellness. Seeing firsthand how fitness is a critical tool towards reaching that state sparked a passion in her to become a fitness professional. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is continuing her education in fitness and nutrition as she wants to consistently find new ways to assist people on their path to wellness.

Her training style has been described as “nurturing” and “compassionate” and she prides herself on giving her clients a safe and comfortable environment for their journey.
