Amber is Mat and Reformer STOTT Pilates trained. STOTT Pilates
focuses on the 5 Basic Principles: Breathing, Pelvic Placement, Ribcage
Placement, Scapular Movement and Head and Cervical Spine Placement. Mat
Pilates is performed on the floor. Reformer Pilates is performed on a specialized
piece of equipment called a Reformer. Stability of the core is taught through the
entire session using the 5 basic principles. Pilates can be added to any exercise
session.
