Julie has been teaching Group Exercise for 2 decades! She is certified through Stott Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Piloxing, Les Mills and is a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
Julie says, “My favorite workout is always using dumbbells! My least favorite workout is cardio, but if I had a mountain to climb in Florida I would take it!! I love spending time with my family and any activity that involves being outdoors!”
