Why do a program like this instead of Weight Watchers or just joining a gym?

The Training Toole programs help you learn to properly portion control, make healthy choices regularly and prepare you for when the meal plan is over. We help you truly create a lifestyle change that can keep on going after the program is over.

We have three options:

The Full Program – This includes everything listed above.

The Full Program + Small Group Personal Training – This allows you to join any of our Small Group Personal Training classes.

Nutrition Only – This is recommended for people not in Ocala. Our clients hear us say it all of the time, 80% of your weight comes from your diet. Tackling healthy eating and making the right food choices will get you feeling better than ever and motivate you to workout too!
