You will recieve the following:
1. An educational email that will teach you in depth about that week’s topic.
2. A checklist you will complete for accountability and to stay motivated.
3. Videos from Amber with lessons and workouts you can do in your own home.
4. A Webinar Class with Amber to go over that week’s topic and the opportunity to ask questions.
Every Other Week:
1. You will turn in your measurements and Amber will give you feedback on how to progress.
